  15.     In a word, no.  Apparently, the power was not engineered to provide
  16. faster-than-28.8 performance.  However, a power -> premier upgrade path 
  17. is, supposedly, in the works.  Whether or not it actually occurs is 
  18. another story.  I've had incredibly bad experiences with modem 
  19. manufacturers in the past, so I'm not holding out a tremendous amount of 
  20. hope for motorola.  If you just purchased a power, you may want to 
  21. consider getting a refund and outright buying a premier (computability 
  22. has 'em).
